Helloooo I am Tyson Johnson I have a P.B of 63.18 (U-20) from this years county Championships, and haven't competed since then. I have had 2 competitions this year and both of them were shocking so i am going in to hiding till next year, when i will be a top year U-20 and as you probably already know Nigel bevan is my coach.

Tyson! Glad to see you walking among the living! Lost your e-mail address. Can you contact me. I'm doing the Welsh Commonwealth trials and wondered if you would like to join me in a little preparation! It is an open entry so you can throw if you want. I'm currently on antibiotics and sick as a dog but should be back in training next week. 70m is the welsh qualifying standard, you never know, we might both get it and I can then tell you that your my son and that makes you welsh, and maybe tell them beckie's my daughter and we can have a big 'family' hols to Australia!!!!! and we'd all get lottery funding and buy a big boat and sail the 7 seas 8-)rather than train like everybody else does with their lottery money. Then they all lived happily ever after...The End! Er or something like that. E-mail me for further hair brain ideas and other unorthordox training regimes and lifestyle management advice! Bev-one! ;D

PS Tys
Dobbie made the European junior finals with 48m but 51 was top 3 in qualifying. Take more than that in todays final I'm sure. Not that we'd know too much about it. I haven' seen her since we all met that time at bedford apart from at theAAA's where she told me she'd changed her run up on the previous session and wanted to do a quick coachnig session before the comp! Perfect preparation! Only a mother could love her! Buy her a sock nex time you see her!
PPS lost beckie's email as well so could you contact her as well
Cheers

Have coached athletes. schoolgirls and schoolboys since1988. Have been involved in the athletics sense with four English Schools' Champions winning eight Championships. Introduced David Parker to the Javelin at the age of 12. Most amazing experience was being there when he won the World Junior Championship in Annecy in 1998. Am semi retired now but still enjoy the Sport and will fight for better funding for Athletics in the lead up to both Beijing 2008 and LONDON 2012.

oh thought i'd formally introduced myself but just checking this obviously not!!!!!!! "slinger's" not my real name - my parents weren't that cruel!!! my real name is Phill Sharpe erm....... not really throwing anymore due to knacked back, but i love this game so i'll try to use my experience [very little!] to help others i may be loud, i may be contraversial but really i'm generally an all-round Mr. nice guy!!!! feel free to discuss anything non-javelin to me! as all i know about javelin is that it has a pointy end!!!!! ooooh er!
