here's something for you to think about luke.... STOP trying to throw 60m... seriously luke, sam is spot on get the bits and pieces right in training ie the technical aspects and when you come to comps just bloomin' give it a larrup fingers crossed the bits and pieces you are trying to improve will be good.....and you'll throw far - how far? don't even think about numbers mate.

yeah ano tht i threw my pb yesterday and i was scraping my tail on floor and i just wasnt reli waiting for it so there is alot to clean up on ! and once thts sorted we should see hw far i throw lol

BAL manchester in good conditions. Peed off that no scoreboards on some events and the jav didn' rotate so not accurate results. Also a good stadium for such an event but too small for national champs.
Lee 71.30ish Huffy 69 Alex vdm68 bonne 67 Parker 67 shaftsbury decathtle 66m mike taren 66m hitting it very badly as well
good meet with the last event having 5 teams within a few points. Newham from birchfield by 2pts in th e end
