Just booked flight back to UK - will be in UK from September 25th to October 5th. First stop: Sandy, Bedfordshire for a comp on the 26th. Who else is coming? - even with jet lag legs I plan on breaking 70m and hopefully my World Age Record too - 72.49m. I just posted a new video of some of my training throws from last month in the video section: Link: Three Training Throws: 75m, 76m & 77m! www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkBsLRbiiVQAnd hit 78m on Monday but no film saddly..... ;D ;D ;D ;D

i am going to be throwing there... Gary Jenson is down to throw as long as he can stay in one piece!!!!
Matt Blandford U15 52.13m (600g) will be throwing and a few others too... Bonne is currently contemplating throwing left handed because he reckons he can beat my right handed best... GULP!!!

Sod sod sod!!!
With one of the old chucking guys from 20 years ago flying 3,000 miles+ to throw over here I am so gutted that my planned 'come back' has been such a painful one.
As Sam said above - Gary Jenson is down to throw as long as he can stay in one piece!!!! - My shoulder feels like it's spent, but as I said to Sam earlier today, the next 7 days will tell if I can throw at Sandy.
I certainly won't be pressing RB that's for sure but Sam could be a target. Then again, I gave him some advice today which may help him hit 60m.
OK, any girls out there fancy a comp. with the 600! ( might be my only chance of a victory!). ;D

have heard from gary that he is now unable to throw. His shoulder has caused him much grief. I'm sure he'll let everyone know about it. :-(
