thanks for holding it guys espec James and Sam! I certainly enjoyed it ! Well done to everyone that threw ! I saw some great pb's well done guys !!! Congrats to Jim Evs who threw a pb. I do believe he hasnt gone a season with out a pb, and after the ops he`s had, well done to him !!

I wish I could have been there with you all!! But I am so proud that all my boys from my group threw pbs... and thanks to Rosie too for helping out on the support and coaching front! ;D

Thanks to Sam and Jim for organising this. Good to finally meet you. I'm safely back home nursing a torn Soleus (or other unpronounceable muscle in that area). Apparently it's been torn for quite a while, so that will explain a lot. ;D

Poor ol' Norma! Just checked out the 'Soleus' muscle it turns out it pretty important according to wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soleus_muscleIts probably time to have a well earned end of season rest, this year will have to be put down as experience like the rest of us cripples.

Probably explains why I've had so much trouble with run ups, speed work and expolsion this year. Oh well. Keeps the physio in a job. ;D As it's been torn and retorn for a while there's quite a lot of scar tissue to get rid of.
