i haev heard no more from bedford about the potential to hold a festival thee this september.
i have sent several chase up e-mails to them.
I am unsure as to why they are reluctant to be supportive of this event.
As the time is getting nearer to september the chances to organise this is getting less and looks more likely that i will have to organise it for spring.
i'll keep you all posted

Sam - I could you RAF Cosford for free. Its central, near Birmingham and not a bad facility. Slight snag is that there is only one runway - its an option so let me know what the Jav Club would like.
Nearby is a paintballing place if we want to have an alternate social. There is also the RAF School of Physical Training and its facilities if you wanted to hold some technical workshops.

have just been informed that we will be getting some equipment from select sports for this festval to give out as prizes or to raffle off!!
really looking forward to this festival.. it's going to be the biggest yet and the weather looks like it's going to be good to us unlike the rest of the summer!!!
