i'm really looking forward to seeing the javfest videos guys........ .........not looking forward however to seeing James' left leg crumple............ - get some impulse mate, so at final right foot contact the left is well advanced of the right and this'll help give you a wider block and therefore block better - same for jeremy actually, when you block better james you'll throw it miles further as you do run up fairly quick so with blocking better you will be able to transfer that run up speed up through your body and into the jav at the moment all run up speed is wasted and goes down as a result of the crumple, keep the WHOLE left side strong and you'll throw miles further.............. really looking forward to seeing sam's throws as sam throws about 2 inches behind the line and then does the can, can to finish!!!! and also looking forward to seeing dan's throws and see if there's much deceleration at the end of the throw as i think or is it just my old eyes!!!! hey, rob you'll be able to see how many X overs you are actually doing - reckon it's more than 7 strides...........but we'll see!!! looking forward to it being posted chaps!

I've got 90% of the videos and they're now on my computer at home. The problem I have is choosing the best way to get as many on the site as possible. Its going to be a lenghty process so I apologise in advance. That said, I will start to get some on there tonight.
As you can imagine I've had a sneak look at them myself and there's some good stuff to look at and some funny stuff too. A few left handers in there
There are a couple of painful videos omy left knee crumbling, also found the one where I broke a lump off my femur at the Southern champs last year if anyone fancies a laugh!

To be honest Jim I'm not too sure if you can get something that big online? If you can it is probably best to try and get it uploaded through one of the video hosting sites. If not it might be best to cut it into smaller sections and post it that way. If all else fails you could mail it to my in the post and I could upload it onto the website.
Might be best to try photobucket or a similar uploader.
Does anyone know of any good ones?

Don't think I have any of the 600s, I think Lucy stopped filming when the left handers were going on.

Yea putfile worked a treat for Phills pole dancing. 25mb is the limit for a video on it though. If you could break it down then it would be ok.

Ok here's the video I took of the seniors competition (and Dan Pembrokes HUGE 64m throw) Any comments on my technique (or lack of!) would be greatly appreciated. www.putfile.com/jamescowell
