I wouldn't say slipped - more fell down the stairs! There is no way you can blame me - your choice of restaurant and you control what you put in your mouth (although that I'm not convinced of!)

Pizza (9 slices)
Energy per 100g (kcal) 292
Energy per slice (kcal) 388
Fat per slice (g) 20.1
Saturated fat per slice (g) 8
Sauce (kcal) 159
Total 3651 kcals
Not sure what else you had on top of pizza and sauce - I think Garlic Bread, potato salad and drink. I'd say its over 1,900 kcals.

oh man busted!!!
sam try what i had for my tea mate - a nice bowl of crunchy leaved salad with a small/medium sized chicken breast with a sweet chilli dressing......for afters i had a bowl of sliced melon and chopped strawberries - drinks wise a small glass of chocolate soya milk.
you can do it mate, like i have said, go shopping for yourself and stock up regulary on the food you want, then it's easy, boring at times though, but easy.

the way i see it is this..
i never put any weight back on from eating it.
all i had had in the morning was a pear and a banana and for dinner i had 2 sausages which had been grilled on the george forman grill in a sandwich.
the main thing for me is that i continue to lose weight at a steady rate. in my time i have tried and failed to lose weight.. i normally crash my weight by going silly on what food i eat. and lose between 5 - 8lbs a week. the weight will stay off for about 4 weeks in total and then i put more back on than i lost. this time i am gradually changing habits and gradually losing the weight.
the target i have set myself is an achieveable target of 95kg in 13weeks 6 days (left) i'm currently weighing 104.2kg (at last weigh on wednesday) which is very motivational seeing as 18 days ago i was 108kg. this week i will look to get into the 103's

Good man Sam and well done - 4 months of weight loss you have planned and a drop of 13kg - very achievable - we can all have a 'guilt moment' when we feel like it. I gave you my run down from my weight loss in Iraq - I had my pizza and ice cream as well. Just make sure you keep on top of the cardio work and you will keep seeing a good steady decline in weight and probably and good in rease in athleticism and hopefully throwing distance.
