To save me creating my own from scratch, does anyone have a soft copy training diary that can be used by athlete and coach to track all the usual stuff, such as training schedules, progress, results, nutrition, goals, stats, etc?
If you do, would you mind sending me a PM and I'll let you have my email id.
Thanks in advance.

I use a spreadsheet that has evolved over the years which tracks progress with testing as well as the basic stuff that we do, but as far as the athletes are concerned I (try) to get them to do a hard copy diary that they fill in with times/distances, and any notes they want to make. I reckon that if they are keen enough they will stick to it.. and it's better to give them the responsibility rather than me keeping everything!
