Most of us do pullovers of one kind or another, i like to do it both straight armed and bent armed on a high bench so at the lowest position the bar is hanging in the air.
The question is what is the best bar for this Ez bar, Tricep bar, or Olympic bar?
All of these put you hands in a different position so change the emphasis of the exercise. I have used them all at one point or another and have noticed this, but which is best?

I tend to use the tricep bar with my hands on the vertical runs how i would hold the jav. I try to mimick throwing when i can.

i'd always use a decent heavy duty tricep bar that accommodates olympic plates.........or if you have to, an E Z bar, i'd never use an olympic bar.
making exercises as specific as possible is important to me, it's like cable pulls, i'd never use a handle, i'd always swap for the rope, so it can be pulled with the hand in the javelin position.

I'll have to ask my gym if they can buy one then, while i'm at it i might have to ask them to re-stock their indoor shots (someone got the 3kg stuck in the rafters- can't imagine who)
