During my 6 weeks rest, I thought I'd do some yoga. Hopefully it will help with flexibility and relaxation. I've never done yoga before so it was all new. The class starts off with some relaxation whilst lying down and concentrating on breathing. After an hours worth of stretching, it was back to lying down, relaxing and breathing. The lights are dimmed. I sat up with my eyes closed, then covered them whilst the lights are turned on and slowly opened my eyes....... ...to see..... ....an enormous spider sitting on my yoga mat, staring at me. Relaxed? Errr.

nothing to do with yoga........... but to chill out, just get hold of a "chill out moods" CD - one where it plays lots of random weird noise type music - you know like wilderness stuff and that, whack it in the CD player, turn off all lights in the room turn up the volume fairly high and for over 18's get a glass of a least a double scotch and sip slowly listening to the tunes................
