You need quicktime to play the vids...thats some jump. And 170 bench nearly for 2 is crazy for someone his size and to look at him I didn't think he was that strong.

he is quite big isn't he?  - 6' 3" or 4" maybe, 100 - 105 kg??? what the depth jump - from standing? ? if so well impressed with that - much better than the bench for specificness. i've done 1.45m from a run up!!!! which is actually my pb high jump!!! could only do 1.40m fosbury flop!!!!! |

He does a couple of slow steps then does the depth jump. Hes about 6"2 and around 90kg according to IAAF profile.

Gained a bit this winter, lost a load last summer from the rat meat I ate in Morocco but have put it back on and am up to around 84/85kg now which is ok. Got a little bit stronger and put on a bit of muscle so feeling good for this season.

infact i weigh pretty much 90kg or there abouts sometimes abit more sometimes abit less and i'm just scraping 5'10"
