Well Sam, my point was that kebabs aren't healthy which kind of goes against what you were saying.
Breakfast today for Sam: Pork, sausages, bacon, beans, mushrooms and egg.
Sam's excuse: its lunch too!

at the end of the day, if sam's losing weight and that's his aim fair do's but if he wants to be healthy he isn't doing the right things.

My point is that he might be losing a little weight now but to sustain a lower weight he needs to go about it differently - previous experiences have proven it doesn't work this way.
As for the fight - yeah lets get it on Harrison!
Could be an intersting brawl?

i am not a world class athlete.. i am a club athlete making small gains... the key for me was to lose a bit of weight quickly.. i have lost half a stone.. i have increased the cardio and have maintained the weights too... i will stabablise the weight loss from now on... diet will be much more healthier as it can be boring to eat the same old meats all the time (plus a few carbs)

Hello fatties, you should be upping the number of drills and speed work anyway for the summer- no more 150kg x20 bench press worshiping sessions . Hurldes, medball work and specific drills will make you sharp and fit.
