i have been training for winter for about 4-5 weeks now. once a week i go to the trainign ground to throw and once a week we go to a hall and do a variety of things, such as circuit training, medicine balls etc. however, i also do things outside of this, i have found that playing squash really helps with the fitness (lots of running around ) i also go to the gym when i can, not over doing it, simply using the rowing machines and tredmils. any ideas? what has everyone else been up2? deeds

for someone your age that sounds perfect to me!!! one throwing session, one conditioning session and other X training activities session plus the sport you do at school sounds like a good balance..........presumably most athletes your age with your time restrictions and other commitments will be doing very similar work.......keep it up!
