just wondering if anyone can help?
Ive recently been told as a jav chucker when doing either inclined bench or flat bench that we should never allow the upper arms to go below parallel as this opens up the shoulder and is not the best position to come out of. This obviously involves stopping the bar a few inches above your chest.
I know that when i do flat bench with the full range i do experience a bit of pain in my throwing shoulder but it eases with this movement.
Anyone got an opinion on this?
