well i got back to training this week with what i call therapy sessions...after a 2 week break from throwing due to an elbow injury ...just throwing with a 600g, 700g throwing the lighter weights as its less stress on the elbow and 800g gently increasing the power i put into my throws. felt soo good throwing the 700g javs they flew great. was putting out the 600g to about 55m max cause i couldnt throw it through the point. was putting the 700g out 55-60m+ and managed to put my 800g jav out just past the 50m line all of this was done of an 8m run up...my full run up is about 22m long soooo if i can transfere the speed/power from my run up and put it into a throw i recon i should be getting 60m (wishfull thinking : but shall see how it goes. dont want to over do it too soon/ at all. anyway off to work i got 10pm-6:30am i HATE MY JOB
