Suzie, beepee wouldnt spread those rumours unless he thought there was some truth in them! He spotted my potential to go and improve to regional level before anyone else (it was a very damp miserbale scunthorpe winter warm-up about 6 years ago!) and I made my first Northerns that year. He also helped me a few years later when i decided i didnt like the javelin any more (a club coaching course where the practical turned into a coaching session almost ;D). Just remember urban myths sometimes turn to legends, so just give it your best susie it better to know you tried than wonder what if!

I realise this post is reasonably old now but thought I'd add to it anyway. I have no idea of exact measurements and some of these may be slightly out but the general idea is there:
13 yrs 600g 35m 14 yrs 600g 40m 15 yrs 700g 48m 16 yrs 700g 52m + left knee operation 1 17 yrs 800g 54m 18 yrs 800g 56m + left knee operation 2 19 yrs 800g 54m 20 yrs 800g 56m + right elbow operation 21 yrs 800g 57m 22 yrs 800g 57.8m 2003 800g 56.50 + left knee operation 3
All I can derive from my list is that every year I have an operation I get a PB so I am hoping for one this year.
