Good question.... i guess theres only one way to find out, keep stacking the weight! ;D No, i know the guys at my gym use a powerlifting bar when they lift as its alot stonger....you can put 300/400k + on those, it looks the same as i normal 20k bar. Neill, depends on the weight loading for the bar. Most Oly bars go up to about 320kg. Eleiko ones can carry about 500kg tops and power lifting bars a bit more.
