How many throws are you doing in a session? I do between 20-50 in 2hrs is this too much/Little or is it about right?
Also what type of mobility work do you do?

My throwing sessions at the moment start with about 10-15 stand throws (heavy jav), 10-15 walk then jump into the cross throws (heavy jav), 10-15 3-6 steps (heavy jav), then about 10 5-7 steps (800). My foot still dont feel 100% so full runs and hard throwing has been limited over the years, so about 40-60 throws in a session.

Around the 60 mark seems to be norm in a 2hr session. Obviously the throws should all be of different intensity starting with standing/3 step work and building up to ones of full run up and putting effort into these throws to see how the technique holds up. This time of year we are still very much into technique/positional work and getting it right in the release postion. We then finish the sess with something like 6/8 30mtr sprints.

2 hr session in UK winter is a long time - perhaps look at doing a 45min throwing session, bit more intense and higher quality. Depending on how I feel I probably do about 20 - 30 decent throws in 45mins

Most of my time at this point in the year is based on weithed ball throws inside to sharpen up technique. In a typical session of two hours only around 30mins will devoted to throwing in anger.
