nice vid
but if i am looking at that right you seem to be coming off your toe rather that your heal on your final plant but still you are producing rather good throws but if u planted the heal instead of the toe you would be gaining an extra few meters
and also from looking at the vid you seem to be bringing your elbow around instead of over witch can cause nasty injury. A little tip to help bring your elbow over instead of round is twist your arm so that the parm of your hand is facing the sky more by doing this u have to pull your elbow over to release the javelin. Just try doing that and u should find u produce straighter and longer throws
don't mean to sound critical in any ways i just like to give a bit of advise were i can
like i said am still only young my self and still learning the technique but i still like to help with the limited knowledge i have
