I think the problem is that the setup to your throw is a bit awkward. You are leaning back quite a bit with the upper body and your hips are tilted back too, so you are not getting the proper drive off the ground that you need to create that elastic bow shape. The end result is that you stall into the the final strides and try to compensate the lack of hip-shoulder separation by rotating the whole upper body together which pulls you arm through and you pike the hips left which gives you a shorter bent plant leg.
Sorry if that sounds quite critical but i think you basically go through the right moves and if i were to just look at a couple of stills maybe pre-throwing stride and delivery it would look fine. The problem is how you get from A-B, you really need to keep the upper body sideways and let the legs do their work first. If you can keep the arm back and upper body blocked off with the left arm across your chest and make sure you hit the right hip in hard and straight ahead then your plant leg should come down straight leaving the upper body behind and you will get the bow position, and the extra elastic power that it generates.
Ok so practically how to improve it, make sure you keep the upper body back and blocked off with left arm across chest, but only from above the hips,Keep them upright and not leaning back atall. Then on the final x step bound forwards off the left so you get a nice big x over from the impulse stride. As soon as your right foot touches the ground you need to hip strike so the hips drive together forwards moving you onto a straight left plant. Now the upper body is stretched out into the bow and will automatically start the delivery as you brace against the plant leg.
Bit of a long answer really but i hope it makes sense, happy throwing
