Well considering you have a competition this weekend i suggest you don't change anything technically BUT, these throws do look generally a little stuttered and out of rythm and your arm is getting through too early. Anyway don't worry these are easy fixes, just get rested up and recovered before the weekend. If you want to do something then just gentle stretching and some very easy jogging and some very light technical drills for hip strike. Friday and sunday don't do anything atall- not even stretches. Then on your competition day you need to just believe in yourself and really go for it at the end of the runup, accelerate and really attack the last 3 strides so you get a big forwards ( not upwards) jump from your last left x over step. All you have to do is keep your arm back in position and wait with it because when your plant leg gets down the arm will do its thing. So thats 2 things 1 attack the end of the runup like hell 2 just wait with that arm if you are relaxed and believe in yourself it will come

im nto a great technition but ill just say what i thin kanyways lol never know ! i agree with wez need to attack the line and speed up gradually from start to finish!
it looks good to me though straight leg on block and arm is high jav is travelling throw the point !

thanks wez, thanks sadie! well, the competition is next weekend though. but yeah, it was a saturday training and i was getting pretty tired at the end of the week. thanks for the advices!
