I am looking for advice, drills etc to help with the following.
Everything seems fine untill I plant my left foot/leg. I begin my throwing motion, arm coming forward and instead of a solid left plant leg I tend to hop or bounce at or before release.
Has anyone ever seen this? Does anyone know any drills to develop a strong plant leg?
