After being in charge of the London Region Squads for the last two winters I am dissapointed to have to say that there are not, at this stage, going to be any England Athletic Funded squads this winter.
I shall, however, be at Lee Valley every Saturday from the 10th October onwards with my own squad.

Sessions will begin at 10.30am and end around 12.30pm
Sessions will include,
Medicine ball work
Plyometric work - box jumps, hurdle jumps, bounds etc
Shot throws
Sprints
Footwork Drills
Circuits (through october)
Javelin throwing, indoor/outdoor (from November onwards)
Occasionally there will be some lifting sessions in the gym
There will be a fee for each session hich is around £4 mark. NOT PAID TO ME but to the centre.
