Morgan, strength programmes as well as conditioning stuff should be done by your coach. He/she knows your limitations, as well as what you are capable of and should be working on. You should work in the winter months to develop strength, speed, flexibility, core strength and all round fitness. This will happen by a variety of means, for example, med ball work, core strength exercises, sprints, hurdles, etc etc. Some of it will also happen naturally and through the other sports I am sure you will be doing at school.
However, I am sure that most people on here would not recommend that you work on things without discussing first with your coach, if you want it to have a positive impact on your throwing. The competition season is definitely the wrong time of year to work on endurance!

Like I said, talk to your coach. He/she will sort out a winter training programme for you after you have had a post-season rest, my group have a month off, and then don't throw until after Christmas, apart from sometimes we do one session in December. However, that is how I work with my group - your coach may organise training differently.
