Yeah she is pretty awesome, part of the reason I'm going back to train at southampton because last time I was there she was throwing like 35 - 38M, and Bill is a good coach who I believe used to throw in the high 60's nearing 70m ? (citation needed)
Looks like a good series to watch, I must eat more mccain stuff ...

Top bloke is Bill - fond memories of the Vernon Searl Open Throws at Braintree out in that field even b4 they had a track - threw against his son Paul in '81 when he did 39m aged 12. He went on to throw 70m and play cricket for Essex. Great days!

If any of you guys see or are in contact with Bill please send him my regards. Tell him the big lefty is still looking in and taking an interest! He was there at Southend in '83 when I threw 72.78 with a white 800g Sandvik Elite, his I think. Terrible tail wind, could have been so much further but I guess we all have stories to tell like that ;D

Will do Sam, I'm not doing anything for the next week, letting my shoulder recover because I tore it to shreds by practicing through the pain...
I think I wrecked it because I've been a lazy sod and not trained at all in 2 years at least so my arm was a bit like "whats this? a throw? hmmm I don't like this one bit, *TEAR*!"
