Hi, I''v just joined the javelin club and this is my 1st post ever! On any forum so if it ends up in the wrong place I apologize now!! But fingers crossed It won't.
My daughter has a nemeth 40m javelin, she has recently thrown 40.19m. Does that mean we now need to get her a different javelin? If so could you give advice on which one to go for please? Many thanks. D

hi, welcome! Her 40m nemeth will be good for a while yet. Maybe look at getting a 60m rated nemeth for next season as they, in my opinion are a very good javelin for people throwing 30m + and they are not too expensive around £140

I agree with Sam about the 60. But was the javelin drawing the white flag comfortablely or was it just a legal throw?

Hi, thanks for that. Will stick to the 40 til next season then. Love the site by the way, so much information and enthusiasm all in one place.

Hi, the red flag does come up occasionally but thats down to her technique at the moment and not the javelin. Will let you both know which one she gets next season. Thanks.
