ok managed to have a look
video1 i stopped it at 5secs.. you are leaning back, your left arm is pretty much down at your side and your left leg is bent when it should be straight.
in the 6secs frame you can see your left arm down by your side. you should try and elbow a dwarf rather than reach down to your pocket.. hope this makes sense...
i also notice that you come around your block instead of riding over the top of it.
overall good speed and a nice twang on the throw though. are you throwing a 700g javelin there?

Hi, Well it seemed to me that you bent your block leg when you were in the power position and thats about all i can see wrong! bear in mind i am a thrower and not a coach

Thanks for the tips Morgan and Sam I will try and work on the technique. ATM I am also working in gym still from winter training and hope to start competing in a couple of weeks. So will have to work the technique around that aswell and yes I do throw a 700 g javelin last year of u17 season this year

Looks good, ill second the leaning back remark above. Think of your left arm reaching out in front of you & keep it paralell to the ground as opposed to it pointing up in the air. It will mean you are throwing out the way more than up in the air. Its all about distance not the height it goes!
Looks good though, good work

I have been having problems with the angle of the javelin being too low and is leaning back good So you stay behind the throw And get a longer pull
