look out for Bone Buwembo...i'm just getting him to peak right he threw 52.62m at the weekend in a really strong headwind. he will peak at the schools and then peak again for the nationals
Under 15 boys javelin 11:45am on the friday
should be a good comp
the top 3 throwers in the country will be there 53m and two 52m throwers

You should have been chosen in the first place with a Pb of over 37mtrs. The County selectors goofed but at least you are now going, dont get over-awed by the magnitude of it all, 2000 athletes is some sight.

yh i went 2 it last yr in shefelid! i did my pb afta d selections were done but id already thrown 36:75mt consistantly ova the season! im realli nervas now cos i aint thrown 4 2weeks cos my wrist! omg!!! im xcited but nervas!!! lol

hey i cum 3rd in the schools with my wrist yup still in plaster! has any1 broken deer fingers then found they cant ge there grip back?? im finding dat i cant get my full grip back! like if i clench my hand it dosent fell normal?? is dis normal?

yeah ive broken my fingers before...itll take a few weeks for the strength to come back, and may even take a month of so before you get full strength back
