monday- gym- 1 hour netball training 7.30-9pm tuesday- flexibility session 6-7 circuits 7-8.30 / medicine ball work 7-8 netball match last 1 hour wednesday- gym 1 hour javelin drills, medicine ball and throwing 7-9 thursday- plyometrix and medicine ball 6-7 hammer drills and throwing 7-8 friday- running not sure yet i think its about 3-3.5km saturday- REST sunday- what ever throwing i feel like 10-12 running same distance as friday!
im loving it all !!! ;D soon i will be doing sprints work as well !
and i will be doing the quad test soon so results will be up for that soon
30m- over head shot- standing long jump- 3 jumps-
