With everything it takes time and effort to arrange these events.
Money comes out of peoples pockets before the event even gets started and then we hope that the turn out is good enough to maybe get some cash back in the kitty to assist a better event next time.
There is the arrangement and set up of facilites and then the dismantlement of it all. the organising of physios and officials ensuring the advertising has been placed in the best way the mainatenance of the main website the moderation of this site managing pre-event entries finding monies to pay for all the above before the entries even get paid.. hey someones got to do it...!!!
so what i guess we need is person's who don't mind putting their hand in their pocket to help to make this event (whichever you chose it to be) the best event it can be!
If you run a company or recently won the lottery..pledge your support here!!
if it's just giving time on the day to assist..pledge it here.
at the end of ti all you will be able to stand up and say.."see that olympian...I helped them achieve that"

Will be happy to bring my massage couch along to the next one (date depending) and maybe do quick screening sessions for the club.

Hello, I have a rubbish suggestion which I think could work and make jav fest4 really cool. Has anyone considered the possibility of making jav fest4 a charitable event in which the profits go to Uka? My reasons for suggeting the Uka to donate the profits towards are multiple and tactical!!! By informing the Uka of your proposal im sure they would be more than happy to help contribute towards the event. Stadiums would give us use of their facilities for free, people would lend us their services for free also hopefully including some top uk jav throwers steve backley, mick hill, nick nieland etc. and equipment suppliers wud probably throw in a charity raffle for some javs and stuff aswell. Thats just a few bits and bobs we could get organised and i am sure you could get more aswell, as people are always up for giving stuff away for charity.

Jaffa.. our event is a "charity" relying on hand-outs. UKA get millions every year through sponsorship.
