that example week that I wrote was published in one finnish athletics magazine and I remember that i've seen some other article also of his training. I try to find it when i'm able to walk again after my latest surgery...

petsku, pardon my asking, but if you have any finnish info, articles whatever it would be absolutely fantastic if you could post them on here.........i don't want to be a pain but i'm sure everyone would appreciate your "inherited" knowledge and info ;D........thank you.

i've got lot's of finnish javelin stuff. only problem is a language. And try to understand that I don't have resources for translate everything especially now when I have to work with my masters thesis, but i will try to give you something. Just be patient...

After taking in mind what you have said about the three throwing sessions, this is my new training plan for the next few months until April.
Monday: *Sprinting session anything from 100m+ (plometric/speed/throwing) drills are my warm up. *Med ball work *Circuit and Boxercise
Tuesday *Flexability work *core exercises
Wednesday *Technical throwing session shot discus and Javelin *Technical speed work *Flexability work (core aswell)
Thursday *Throwing Javelin of long aproach at telford with Dave and med bal work (If he can't make it) *Rest
Friday *Indoor training *Gym work
Sunday *Skipping sessions
