Take a look at this vid at 2mins 20. There are a couple of good medi ball exercises that I haven't seen before. I know that the more experienced throwers will probably say "oh, those", but they have really helped be understand what the shoulder is meant to do. Does anyone know of a way of downloading vids from you tube? I'd like to show this to my coach and may need to take my laptop up to a training sesh. Cheers. ;D

You tube currently doesn't allow people to download videos from their website yes it does if you know how! copy the youtube link address and copy it into www.keepvid.com and robert is your mothers brother! Easy Innit!

the guy @ 2,20 is my fellow training partner (Lars Timmerman (dutch)). The shots were made during a training clinic by Klaus Bartonietz former coach of Boris Henry (ger). He has the National Record U15 @65+ (600)

It's a really good video, the med ball exercises look very good, I have seen them before somewhere, however, cant think where but yeah always good to see again
