in need of video footage

hey guys,

i am currently coaching a young girl who is 11, she began throwing just 3 months ago. i am on the look out for some video footage of teenagers throwing either in competition or in training so she can watch them to better understand the technique. over the years i have noticed just how different techniques differ in younger kids to adults so unfortunately i cant just demonstrate everything for her. wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Is there anything more specific you are looking for? A what's good list of photos and videos?

Personally I would like to see technique videos with and explanation of what to look at. I believe I posted this request at the beginning of the year.


It is difficult to get tech on a picture. Some of my pics are for tech purposes, but most are for the Atletes themselves to look at with a warm glow!
