Hello guys, how are all doing? Here are some training clips. Those are 600g, kinda weird why i throw them, and their chucked without spikes. (everyone know the reason, i lost them!) I'm having some problems on my right leg, which i cant drive and dive in with my right leg. please comment, thanks! uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ccr8an3ZU8Yuk.youtube.com/watch?v=8Y9nNX9eOnE sorry gotta twist your head for this one!

I think you are just running a bit too fast and are out of control because you have a very long throwing base between your right and left feet which causes you to lose standing height (eg if you stand still and spread your legs as wide as you can you get shorter) and probably cannot generate enough speed with the hip to fully deliver your weight onto the plant leg before the throw is initiated. The lack of height in the runup also makes it harder to come down onto a straight plant leg- which i also notice has happened. Just slow down the runup a little and concentrate instead on really speeding up your feet in the final x over steps. You can improve this by doing practise x overs along a line but make the steps as small and fast as you can, eg you aim to travel at normal x step speed but make 3 or more times as many steps. That will help you to be fast in the x steps phase without taking strides that are too long. fast feet man- not long strides!!!! You can do the same drill also down-hill for extra speed. Or even by using a sprint assistance pulley if you have access to one. Otherwise a friend on a bike with you holding a rope and trying to keep up with mini x steps. Drills can be fun!
