Morning mate
Georgie
Like Kiki - their left foot seems to block - land too far to the right and Kiki's points slightly to the right as well He has good speed but appears to be off the throw too quickly, i.e has never really hit is power position to pull the thing. Probably requires a slightly more active right and longer last stride to get better range and then a massive block. It looks a little soft on the left (which bends and then achieves a piked position). Arm is a little bent and his point control is a little off - point too high pre delivery and loses it more on delivery. Just needs a bit of refinement. I bet he doesn't feel like he actually pulls the jav but feels it has gone to soon! Otherwise, there are many good aspects - he has decent rythm, goo speed and a good arm and not a bad general technique - just requires a few modifications which in some case, one apsect will solve some of the others.
Kiki
Steps in from of her self with left facing right slightly! Looks at her jav point on cross overs and has point too high Cross overs are too short - doesn't really get her head behind her centre of gravity during those cross overs - i.e feel like she is running away from the jav - she looks like she is slightly ahead Lands on her right rather than under it - (drags her right leg back rather than ride it) hence her throw looks short, fast and furious rather than long and rangy. She is an athletic girl and could throw a good distance as she is as she has a good arm but everything looks short and rushed - hence her crampe positions at the end (direct result of her draggin her right leg back on delivery) Lands on her left toe as well rather than flat footed or heel first. She throws off one foot and hits incredibly high release angles - this needs looking at I think. She has a good arm and is athletic and could/should throw 40m+ quite easily I think if she altered a few things.
Neither of these are the finished article but they are talented and improving. The thing that will stunt their improvement will be technical flaws which may or may not result in injuries that will stunt development eventually.
There look to be a few other bits and pieces but not having a frame by frame look - you cannot see everything.
Saw Brad as well - he needs a longer last stride as well as it is way too short form what I hae seen in the videos and ends up throwing off one foot as well. You need both feet in contact with the ground on delivery to keep the power on.
I have no monoploy however! I think they are all good young throwers who have technical aspects to work on that could serious affect how far they throw. I'd be excited to be working with such young talent if I was you - as a group like yours with so many talented chuckers can spur each other on to better things as I think is happeing. Good on you Sam nad well done mate. The longer they stay together the better it will get I'm sure.
As coaches, the best we can do is make the athletes the best technical models possible and their talent will decide how far they throw eventually. Not everyone will throw 80m and 50m but can still achieve decent performances with a little technical help and a bit of hard work!
