Sorry Tez, but your vids came out on the side so were a bit difficult to analyse (without getting a stiff neck) but i have to say that things aren't as bad as you might think. For example you achieve a very nice position at the hip strike and are coming quite nicely off your right foot onto the block leg and your pulling position is still quite long and at that point it looks like it is going to be a very good throw.
However at this point instead of hip striking your body weight down onto the left leg you are instead moving it forwards over a bent left plant so effectively you cut out the extra meters and elevation of jav flight that you would get if there had been an effective left block and resulting 'jolt'.
That is also why your body is rotating around to the left in the delivery postion giving a slightly arced flight to the spear.
So in simple terms yes i think you setup the throw very well but you cannot complete the blocking delivery without getting that left leg down straight.
How to fix it? try to think about your hips striking straight ahead so they endup parallel to the end of the runway, also you need to make sure that the hip drive is fully completed forwards before you arm does anything, this will force you onto the plant leg and will actually initiate the arm movement. One other thing that might help you to increase the forward motion of the hips in the throw would be to accelerate more into the throwing base, this will naturally improve your impulse stride too without you noticing.
Good luck and congrats on the pb
