Hi guys, heres a link to my throw which i did yesterday. I injured my elbow a month ago, and i'm still injured yes. Hmm, getting better, and i could do some throwing like 2 times a week. So this is the link, and please give me some techniqucal advices and your opinions! I'll greatly appreciate that my friends! You really have improved quite alot fella The thing which is holding you back from more powerful throwing is the blocking leg, it is currently coming in slightly late and is landing bent. This does 2 things, firstly when you deliver the throw you have to straighten the leg again and this gives you a concave pulling path for the javelin and secondly it reduces the effectivness of your stretch relflex so quite alot of power is lost there. You can fix it by trying to get the left leg down a little faster, when you do you will feel a jolt going up the body and the javelin will jump out of your hand on delivery. keep up the progress like this and you will have a very good technique soon.
