Hiya! this was me throwing in October last year! this is one of my better throws (well distance wise) From what I can see of it I have quite a good run up, however, cross overs could be slightly longer and my pull could have been slightly more longer aswell and my arm more higher. Does anyone else notice anything else? www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytIIIOmocLU

instead of keeping your left arm nice and solid at the end you drop it down just before you hit the throw.. this leads you to throw over the top of the spear as you try and throw it up.. net effect is a flat throw that nose dives early
because your left arm is dropping and upon a second look it appears to drop away to the left this opens up your chest which in turn loses the tension you build up by staying closed off..
i would say keep your left side up longer and throw over it as opposed to around it!
