Sorry about these attacks today from the imbecile administrators of the Javelinclub in different guises but obviously they have an axe to grind about something. Accept our apologies and please dont let these children spoil your debates. We do not wish to stop guests from viewing or posting so if any disappear rather quickly you now know why. Thankyou

If anybody is a member of other message boards around they may have seen this comment which aims to slur the character of myself and Sam and thejavelinclub in general.
I am not sure exactly what he is referring to but the claims are completely false and dissapointingly the person that made those claims will not allow either Sam or myself onto his discussion board to question why he makes such claims.
We're trying to keep a strong community of javelin throwers together to improve the event and running competitions to get those people together and have a chance to meet and compete against one another. We're not doing much but we like to stick together and since this person is also part of our event its a shame he feels he has to lie like this.
So I'd like to invite this person to explain why he wishes to make comments like this which are essentially lies and would hope that it has not affected our forum in any way.

It seems the person who wrote this is actually a lot closer to home than we initialy thought. Very, very dissapointing indeed, not sure what to say really. The person is a member of this forum so it should be easy enough for them to comment.

what is worse is that despite us publically denying this acusation and proving that it is not us and having the support of others this person continues to publically slander us.

i "observe" a few other athletics-based forums, i say "observe" because i post a little humour and the odd "hello" every now and then, but don't get caught up in the politics of the sport as many people do, as i like to keep my life as simple as i can - hey, i'm a simple person ;D........but i saw this post and tbh there have been quite a few others over recent months where well put arguements are turned into personal insults, which i find disgusting. yesterday morning, i PM'd one of the mods of a certain forum and told them of my disbelief that some people would do this, it seems to me that some people get "kicks" out of doing it........from what i gather about that certain forum, a member/moderator has maybe 4 or 5 usernames........ what is that all about? putting people off their scent by often telling themselves off, using one of their 'admin type' usernames...........this person needs some sort of help, it's absolutely ridiculous.

Hi guys,
I think you should (Sam & James - I guess who it is aimed at) should try and sort this out privately rather than on the public forum, taking the high moral ground so to speak, and increase the peace. You may not have started it, but you should ensure that you finish it under your terms.... is my advice for what it's worth!
It is a dissappoiniting situation and TBH, not something that you seem to have instigated or deserve. I don't actually understand what these 'attacks from the ' imbecile administrators of the Javelinclub in different guises but obviously they have an axe to grind about something' actually are unless it is directed at the accusation that someone posts under a series of names.
Increase the peace my brothers from another mother!

Recently had a look at AW and AD forum. Weird, negative, dillusional and a "spirit of unhappiness".
That said, The Javelin Club runs an excellent forum.
Yes this is disappointing, but :
As Confucious say: "Change what you can change accept what you can't".
He also said: "Man go to bed with itchy bum, wake up with smelly finger!"

javelin throwing right now in the UK is going great guns and i think it's amazing that people help each other out and are mates - it's superb and it's no doubt contributing to the success jav is getting right now.
many of my best friends are from our sport and it's just a priveldge to be part of it.
and it's because of forums like this that has made communicating with so many people involved in the sport so much easier..........top work the javelin club!
