What are the rules regarding competing for a different teams in different divisions. Say for instance you have a team in the National League and then a "B" team in the Southern league, are you allowed to compete for both teams? Are you allowed to compete for one team in the National league and another club entirely in the Southern league? I presume you can do the first and not the second but wondered what restrictions there are.

the rules are different for men and women Men: If your club has got a team in the British League and Regional League you cannot compete in the Regional League unless you have missed a British League fixture. You can however compete in the British League if your club has not got a team in the league under a guest status. You must however be able to finish in the top 4 of the A String. Women; Can compete in both British League and Regional League no-problems.
