Hi - I'm desperately looking for a new coach. I'm based in SW London and am willing to travel up to an hour or so to meet up with a coach. I'm just coming back from injury (2 ankle ops in 6 months) but am a 48m thrower when fit. Any help from javelin lovers out there would be greatly appreciated!

Whereabouts in Barking are you based Sam - and when do you train? I'm throwing in Aldershot on Wednesday for Surrey against the Army and then again on Sunday in Coventry in the national league for my club - no training done so will have to cross fingers and hope.
