Guys,
One of the things I'd like to keep updated on the website is a ranking of all throwers in the UK for Senior men and women's javelin. (Possibly junior if I find the time too). By tracking "athletics weekly" and various results on the net, this shouldn't be too difficult.
I wondered if anyone has thrown yet this year and if they want to get the list started. Please reply if you've already made a mark this year or if you know of any Brits that have.
James

One for the books, Goldie Sayers threw in Malta at the weekend - 55.80 - not bad for an opener.

yeah i as the person bringing the javelins back. you need to keep the momentum going and not stop when you throw..
Sarah is compilling the rankings for this year and will post them in the website this week. they will be updated every two weeks.
