Anthony, If you check out my video web page, linked from the profile, you will see a Herts Video. One of your throws featured on this video, and I broke that single throw down to slow motion, and freeze frames, and turned it into a 3/4 minute film, which I posted to you, and you did not receive I then tried to find it, to send again, and I can't find it!! I got it somewhere, and I will dig it out to give to you in May at the County Champs, which I know defeats the object of giving it to you in the early winter. I have produced some great films (though I say it myself) of a Shot Put Competition and High Jump Competition, and I fully intend to get full coverage of the Southern Senior Men's Javelin this summer, for release on a future video.

My first comp will probabley be counties at Watford, then the CAU's and the souths after that.... with a couple of southern mens in between.
I like the southern mens as I do shot, discus, hammer and jav... it just gives me a break.
Hope to see some of you at one of those comps..... I know I'll see Mr Lovett at the counties and souths, probably in the next couple of weeks if I get down to see Woff.

If anyone fancy's a throw in Wigan their open is the 4th April. Javelin for u15's upwards and entries taken on the day. If I wasnt there every day through work I'd be tempted.

Im throwing at wigan and sadly there is no timetable just an order of events and mans javelin is last ! the field evenst start at 11:30 you must have registered by 12noon (£2 on day) so looks like at least a couple of hours waiting.
the comp at macclesfield this weekend is timtabled, evenst start at 12:30 and mens jav is underway at 1:15 so just a short wait there.

I'm planning to do all three as well. The only problem I have is getting from North London (where I work) to Watford. Does anyone know about train/tube stations near to the Watford track at all?
I'm also planning to do the Ipswich open this Sunday and had considered throwing at Chelmsford the following Saturday although now I will only do this or the Herts open, I don't think I can take 2 days of battering in a row.

The nearest station is Garston Railway station but i think theres a bigger station with trains coming/going from all over the place called Watford ?? but not sure of the full name.

Good luck to everyone throwing at Wigan on Sunday. Unfortunatly i wont be there as non-work comittments call but hope you have a good day. Today the weather is warm-ish and sunny with a light wind so fingers crossed it stays like that for sunday!
