If you have any pictures of javelin throwers or any training documents that you feel would be of value to other javelin throwers send them to either James or myself.

Hi Guys,
Website and forum look superb, im well impressed how quickly things are moving. With regards to stuff to put on the site i have stacks of info i have stolen for my own use from all over the web. This ranges from Gorski papers, frame by frame pics (multiple, including backley witha full breakdown and the jena WR throw of Zelezny). Jav specific stretching excersizes, abs excersizes and swiss ball, Zelezny's training program and also some motivation quotes (cheeesy i know but they work for some).
I also have a couple of jav books i could recommend and another supplier you may be able to tap for some sponsorship (there based near me and Mick Hill is the rep) Whats would be the best way to get this info to you ? url links or scanned pictures ? some of the stuff is in word files and i could e-mail direct .... its up to you guys. Ive also got a massive long list of links to different sites, most of which im sure you will already have but if you want them just ask.
If you want any or all of this stuff i should be able to get most of the stuff together for you by the end of the week. Once again guys great job with the website.. look forward to meeting you and kicking your asses in the september meet ! (an unlikely prospect as i would need to obliterate my PB just to get up to the 50m mark ... i'll just have to bide my time and win the bbq burger eating competition !)

ok cheers for that sam.... although it would be better if you e-mailed them direct to james for him to put on the website. i have sent him the above links but if you get anymore send them to him. anyone else can keep posting their links here and then we will move them to the website and delete them from here (maybe) Sam
