It does make a difference and I appreciate the input. Lots of sets of eyes can help pick new things out, I wish more people could benefit from it.

I hope we will be!
You're still the person to throw my javelin the furthest though, have lent it to a few people so far but yours is the best!
Think Jimbo might have a lob of it at JavFest so that could be the first time it sails over 70m?!

as featured in my display photo, its a pretty decent jav. Although i've got my own one now so i shouldn't need to lob it again, cheers matey but its Nordic Airlglider all the way from here on.

I reckon my boy Felix made a right hash of it??
I will have to learn him to read for a start so that he can get there on time and fit a warm up in at least, he thought it started at 4pm the berk. How did he look James he said it was similar to putting ten quids worth of fuel in the concord, ie, massive take off vertical and a better stall.
Its a funny old game this jav business?

Felix was looking in very good shape! As you mentioned he arrived halfway through round 2 but lucklily for him each round was taking about 15 minutes so had some time to warm up (although limited!)
He was hitting the spear very very hard and threw 61m long and 65m high. Was getting very close to the line before release and probably had a bigger foul on his first throw (about round 3!). Looks like its going to be big from him this year though.
His throwing was in complete contrast to mine as my javs barely went 10ft off the floor and his came down with snow. Somewhere in the middle would have worked nicely!

Cheers James we have only had a few outdoors thowing sessions during the winter and we will be working on his run up and his Everest climbing in the next few weeks. I dont know whether he will be ready for the Busa`s but time will tell. He pulled his back on Monday so its easy going for a week or so. Thanks for the feedback.
