Very hot day, started at 12.30ish. Not to excuse myself, but I felt I started throwing in the last round, as it was the only one I actually ran at. 3x67m, a 66m a N/T and my 68m to finish.
But got it all on film and have a couple of things to work on for Loughboro next week.
Catch you later.

Can anyone help, I'm looking for results that could go back to 1995 onwards. My sister does shot and I am making a book with all her results, photos and articles for her b-day. I have most of the ones from English schools and AAA's. can anyone help with county results. Our county is Hertfordshire.
Thanks

I guess you already know him but contact Zach - the guy that runs www.british-athletics.co.ukHe seems to have loads of info on all Herts athletes. If you go to that site I think there is a link to a Herst site somewhere on there.

thought it'd be a good idea if we keep a tab on international results, anyone else think so??? it'll keep everyone informed of what's going on leading up to the c/wealth games.........i believe hardus pienaar has thrown 84m recently, i know him fairly well and he's a great competitior so could may well feature in melbourne......

;D bit of a mare? ? doesn't matter does it, it's February and just say for example your biggest comp is i don't know the AAA's then that is around 5 months away!!!!!! - almost half a year!!!!!! the season is a long, long time away - most will be thinking of starting 'proper' in may and even that is 10 - 11 weeks away, counties for eg are 14 weeks away from today!!!! still ages off - there's no rush, take your time!!!! plus with the training you are doing you won't be at your sharpest anyway................... chill homie!
