Please beware that obsessing about your weight can lead to eating disorders.
If you are embarking on a weightloss-training programme which involves changes to diet, make sure you set yourself targets and when you achieve those targets keep to them.
Most problems come about when the person embarking on this kind of activity lose sight of the reason for the weight loss and it's then that the eating disorders begin.
Because one person on here may be losing several KG's a week does not mean that you will also be losing the weight at the same rate. EACH PERSON IS DIFFERENT
