watch out for spikes.. they are sharp!! threw like a complete idiot in the competition today (52.40something) so decided to do some work in the warm up of the next competition, with caroline at WSEH, and somehow my left foot went to sleep and i tripped and fell over. in the process my left boot made contact with my right calf.. what's more annoying is that off 5 cross steps (and bonne and caroline will confirm) i threw 56m.. i'm soo annoyed yet pleased at the same time that i know i can do it!

I'll confirm that. Jezza. PS. If Sam dididn't stop when his right foot hit the ground (implulse stide) we'd be talking 63.26 metres minimum. That said an excellent job by the slimline Harrison, and marshalling Bonne well. Bonne threw well too, peppering the 60m line. Would have paid a bit more attention if I hadn't done all the other events leading up to the spear!!!! Look forward to chatting to all at Loogerbooger (as the ameircicans call it!)
