Does anyone else have any problems with pain in the lower back to either the left or right (mine is in my left side) or can any one give me any advice on prevention or re-occurance of the injury.
Thanks

Thanks will try these out, let you know how it goes. You might want to try some back exercises as well, if you dont already do them...just to strentghen the back!!

the back support is a good idea. this is what i do except the i still get pain. It might be a good idea to go see a doctor if you still get the pain when wearing the support.

the back support is a good idea but if like me, you still get the pain while wearing the support then it is a good idea to go to the doctors.

As well as what all the others have said above, it might have something to do with the position you are in when you are throwing.
A back support will help for the time being, but you need to find out what is causing the problem.
If it has nothing to do with your throwing then i agree with the others about going to the doctors.
