Ouch is what i can say about that!! I had an injection in the elbow just the Ulnar Nerve canal (funny bone) the extra pressure of the steroid caused immense pain in the joint. That was on Monday 24th May it is now Thursday 27th May and the pain is subsiding and it is taking the old injury pain with it...
I'll keep people posted with the progress on my elbow. I'm waiting for an MRI Scan and have my next booked appointment with the Royal London Sports Injury Clinc is 9th August 2004.

I had a few of those in my time and they didn't really work to be honest, but that was me! What does work (over time) is working the forearm hard 3 times a week. Get curling (forearm curls) both normal and reverse and get yourself a gripper, one of those hand held squeezy things! The forearm tendons insert into the elbow & if they are not strong, the joint is unbalanced. Trust me, it works, but work it hard!!
